After completing a successful 2007 season the Romulus Flyers are ready to begin another great football season.  Several changes have occurred in the Flyer organization as two new Head Football Coaches take the field in 2008.  

Harvey Washington takes over the reigns at the varsity level replacing the retired Glenn Carr.  Coach Carr retired as head coach but stayed with the organization taking on the responsibility of Vice-President and Downriver Rep.  Coach Carr's continued presence with the organization will go a long way toward keeping the Flyers running smoothly.

Former JV Head Coach John Wester returns as the JV Head Coach replacing the retired Dale Eddings.  Coach Eddings had to leave the organizations due to job requirements and limited time to give to the organization.  Coach Wester had retired in 2006 after a championship season, but just one season away from the Flyers was more than enough to let him know how much he missed coaching and working with the kids from Romulus.  The Flyers will miss Coach Eddings hard work and dedication.

Freshman Champion Head Coach Dwayne Jackson remains in his position as head coach and is looking forward to another great season in 2008.
