SPONSORSHIP AND DONATIONS

Dear Prospective Sponsor,

As members, parents, and coaches of the Romulus Athletic Club (Romulus Flyers) we are currently trying to raise funds to update of our players’ training aids, safety equipment, and outdated equipment.  With your sponsorship, we can afford the cost of replacing outdated football helmets with updated helmets that reduce the occurrences of potential concussions. We are also in need of purchasing new uniforms for both football players and cheerleaders.

We understand that every donation counts.  We are seeking either monetary support, or donations of retail goods and/or services.  So what ever donation is received will go directly toward improving safety and experience of being a Romulus Flyer.

Any individual or business that donates will be provided a donor certificate, along with a tax receipt for any monetary or merchandise and/or service donations. Below are the following levels:

A)    The Touchdown Package Sponsor: Donations of $500.00

a.       Sponsor receives a Deluxe Sponsor plaque for your place of business / office.

b.      Your business name and logo with a link on the sponsorship page on our website and social media outlets.

c.       Banner displayed at all Flyers Home Football Games

d.      Sponsors names announced at all home games.

B)     The Red Package Sponsor: Donations of $400.00

a.       Sponsor receives a plaque for your office.

b.      Your business name and logo with a link on the sponsorship page on our website and social media outlets.

c.       Banner displayed at all Flyers Home Football Games.

d.      Sponsors names announced at all home games.

C)    The White Package Sponsor: Donations of $300.00

a.       Your business name and logo with a link on the sponsorship page on our website and social media outlets.

b.      Banner displayed at all Flyers Home Football Games

c.       Sponsors names announced at all home games.

D)    The Blue Package Sponsor: Donations of $200.00

a.       Your business name and logo with a link on the sponsorship page on our website and social media outlets.

b.      Sponsors names announced at all home games.

 

We are a registered 501c (3) tax exempt organization.  All donations to the organization are fully tax deductible.  If you have any questions regarding tax information, please check with your tax representative.
